DDW Offshore – Sale of Skandi Peregrino
Reference is made to press release dated 2 October 2026. DDW Offshore AS (“DDW Offshore”) has today completed a sale of “Skandi Peregrino” and received a purchase price of about USD 21.6 million. The transaction represents the final vessel sale in DDW Offshore. Following completion of the transaction, DDW Offshore has no remaining vessels.
