Reference is made to press release dated 5 March 2025 in respect of the agreement to sell “Skandi Peregrino”, which was conditional on charterer’s consent. Since the charterer has not accepted to novate the relevant contract on the vessel, the agreement to sell the vessel has today been cancelled.

DDW Offshore AS (“DDW Offshore”) has been awarded two one-year contracts, each with a further 24-month priced option structure, with an international oil company for the anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels Skandi Peregrino and Skandi Atlantic. The vessels will provide anchor handling and towage services in Australia, commencing on January 1, 2025, and March 1, 2025, respectively.

The Skandi Skandi Atlantic just completed its 5-year SPS in Singapore. The vessel is available for spot operations until June before she starts her contract with a major oil and gas operator in Australia.

The Skandi Peregrino is back in operation in Aberdeen and freshly classed. The vessel had been in warm lay up in Norway since June 2020. She was previously an ERRV vessel and has now been reactivated as a AHTS (like its sister vessels Skandi Atlantic and Skandi Emerald) with a Bollard Pull capacity of 191t.

DDW Offshore has just been awarded a 70-day contract (with 110 days of options) for its vessel Skandi Atlantic, which will support drilling operations on the Northwest Shelf in Australia for a major oil and gas operator.
